Mosiah 4


Vs 1-What happened to the multitude?
Why? (What had come upon them)
Vs 2- How did they view themselves?
What did they cry (ask) to have, apply, and receive?
What did they want to have purified?
Who do they believe in?
Vs 3- What came upon them?
What were they filled with?
What did they receive and have?
How? (because of what)
Vs 4- Why does he call their attention again? (What does he want them to hear & understand)
Vs 5- What was their knowledge of God’s goodness awakened them to?
Vs 6- What qualities have they come to know God has?
What has been prepared from the foundation of the world?
Who will salvation come to? (those who do what)
Vs 7- What do all men receive salvation through?
Vs 8- What other salvation or conditions are there?
Vs 9- What does he say to believe in?
What did God create?
What does God have?
What can man not comprehend?
Vs 10- What does he tell us to believe and do?
How does he tell us to ask?
What does he tell us to ask for?
Vs 11- What does receiving a remission of your sins cause?
What should we retain in remembrance?
What should we do daily?
How should we stand?
Vs 12- If we do, what shall we always do, be filled with, and retain?
What shall we grow in?
Vs 13- What will we not have a mind to do?
How will we live?
What will we render to every man?
Vs 14- What will ye not suffer your children to be?
What will ye not suffer them to do?
Who will ye not suffer them to serve?
What is the devil an enemy to?
Vs 15- How will ye teach them to walk?
What will ye teach them to do with each other?
Vs 16- Who will ye succor?
What will ye do to him that standeth in need?
Who will ye not ignore or turn out to perish?
Vs 17-18 If ye stay your hand from the needy, what will ye have great cause to do?
Vs 18- If you don’t repent, what will happen to you?
What will you have no interest in?
Vs 19- What are we all?
What do we depend on God for?
Vs 20- What have they just now been begging God for?
What did God pour out upon them?
What did he fill their hearts with?
Vs 21- What does God grant unto you?
What ought ye to impart?
Vs 22- What should ye not do to the man who petitions to you?
Why will ye be condemned for withholding your substance? (who does it belong to)
Vs 23- What shall happen to that man’s substance?
Who is he saying these things to?
Vs 24- What kind of people does he speak to now?
How much substance do they have?
Why do they deny the beggar?
What should they say in their hearts?
Vs 25- What will you be condemned for doing?
Vs 26- Why has he spoken these things? (for what sake)
What should you give to the poor?
How much should you give? (according to what)
What are some examples of things you could do for them?
How can you know how to relieve them? (according to what)
Vs 27- How should these things be done?
What is not required? (or requisite)
What is expected? (or expedient)
Vs 28- What should you remember to do with things you borrow?
Vs 29- What can he not tell you?
Vs 30- What does he say to watch (4 things)?
What should we observe?
How long should we continue in the faith?
What should we do so we don’t perish?
